Ninety-six years ago, a small group of visionaries believed that friendship between two nations could change the world. Today, that belief has grown into a thriving community united by a shared commitment to cultural understanding, education, and connection – and this December, we’re celebrating a milestone forty years in the making.

For four decades, this evening has been where friendships are renewed, new bonds are formed, and the ties between Japan and the United States grow a little stronger. This year, as we mark our 96th anniversary as a Society, we’re inviting you to help us cultivate the next chapter.

Every dollar raised plants a seed – funding Japanese language classes, empowering young professionals, awarding scholarships, and bringing the leaders shaping U.S.-Japan relations to our stage. Our goal this year is ambitious: $50,000 to sustain and grow these programs. With your support, we know we can get there.
