At this event\, the speaker will introduce the attractions of Niigata. \nAbout the Speaker\n\nKatelyn DePalmer is an American Coordinator for International Relations (CIR) at the Niigata Prefectural Government’s International Relations Division. After graduating from Florida State University with a major in Japanese\, she lived in Kumamoto and Aichi prefectures before moving to Niigata City in September 2021.
